Course outcomes
On completion of the course, you should be able to:
- address reader's needs, writer's purpose, and main message in planning, drafting, and revising documents;
- plan and draft work-related documents, including correspondence, records, summaries, and reports;
- select from a number of techniques to draft particular kinds of work-place documents;
- revise documents as needed to improve structure, mechanics, and style;
- identify your own strengths and challenges in writing at WHO.
In addition, each module includes detailed learning objectives that support your overall goal of improving your confidence and competence.
